Trap-Neuter-Release is an approach to managing colonies of feral, stray, and alley cats. This approach is gaining in popularity because it is more effective and less expensive than attempting to exterminate or remove all cats in the colony. This site is intended as a resource to residents of the Greater New Haven area who would like help implementing a trap-neuter-release program in their area.
